first, the main production process:


in this project, sulfur is used as the raw material for the production of sulfur by-products from the refinery. the project adopts incineration of sulfur furnace to produce sulfur dioxide furnace gas, medium-pressure waste heat boiler recovers high-temperature heat, "3 2" two-turn two-suction acid production process, and in the conversion section to increase economizer recycling heat conversion section. recovered thermal energy, producing 3.82mpa, 450°c superheated steam, and together with the superheated steam generated from the 200,000 tons of pyrite-based sulphuric acid plant at present trial production, the power generation is concentrated, and the power generation is 6000kw/h due to the use of the back pressure turbine. the back pressure of 60t/h and 1.2mpa saturated steam is used for the steam production of titanium dioxide, which achieves both the power generation and the heating. since there is no purification system for the sulphuric acid production, the electricity consumption is greatly reduced compared with the pyrite-based acid production. in addition to its own output of 1800 kw / h, there is an excess of 4200 kw / h returned to the internet to sell to the grid company. due to the adoption of advanced technology and mature production technology, the use of sulfur as a byproduct of refineries is not a high-energy-consuming industry. the waste heat steam recovered in the production process is used for power generation and heat supply for the production of titanium dioxide, which can greatly save coal-carbon energy. , reduce the emission of sulfur dioxide and carbon dioxide, and protect the ecological environment.

1. wastewater treatment

2. exhaust gas treatment

this project adopts “3 2” twice conversion technology and advanced catalysts, which can make the so2 conversion rate reach 99.80%. the entire system has high sulfur utilization rate, which greatly reduces the impact of the device on the surrounding environment. the total sulfur oxide absorption efficiency reached 99.99%. finally, the concentration of sulfur dioxide in the exhaust gas was less than 700mg/nm3, the acid mist concentration was 35 mg/nm3, and the dust concentration was 30 mg/nm3, which was discharged through a 60-meter-high chimney.


3. waste residue treatment

sulfur slag from the melting sulfur section is about 4 tons/year.


4. noise control

the mechanical noise generated by the wind turbines is mainly treated with sound insulation and sound-absorbing materials in the factory buildings, soundproof operation rooms, and silencers installed on the fan inlet pipes. reduce noise hazards. if necessary, consider strengthening the sealing of the factory building and separate isolation measures for the fan room. the aerodynamic noise generated by the gas flow in the pipeline is best to be selected by the on-site observation and testing at the full-load operation of the device after the vehicle is driven. enclosing the sound insulation layer outside the pipeline can significantly reduce the noise intensity. the air blower noise is designed to adopt a muffler installed at the entrance and exit, and the noise emission value is less than 85db(a) after the above measures are taken. it complies with the hg20503-92 standard of noise control design regulations for chemical construction projects.
